Advanced Pest Control Ltd has been run as a family Pest Control business for the last 30 years.
It was set up by Rob Miller Jnr who originally started a horticultural supplies and golf course construction company supplying pest control products and services for local business and private clients.
Robert Snr had a long standing relationship with local traders and country estates and worked for many schools and private clients, having a farming background where Rob Miller Jnr. helped from a young age with the family dairy farm. After leaving school Rob went to Brinsbury College of agriculture and then on to Writtle College to study horticulture and grass land management and holds HND in horticulture, along with MCPPA in Plant protection and Pest Control, and has continued to take regular refresher courses in the pest control industry along with all of Advanced Pest Control Staff.
To keep up to date with the new developments in the pest control industry Advanced Pest Control only using approved and safe products for the environment were the pests are found and use monitor non-toxin products where possible.
Our mission is to provide pest control service in a proficient manner, assuring clients of our dedication to continually enhance customer services regarding client satisfaction, quality & value for money and environmental awareness.
All our employees comply with the Health & Safety Act etc. 1974, the control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999 (COSHH), and the Food and Environment protection Act 1985 (FEPA). More relative to pest control technicians under this Act, was the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986, which is for the benefit of the user to comply with instructions in the statutory box, thus achieving secure and efficient pest control.
We are full members of the NPTA and Approved Safe Contactors.
